- All applicants must register for admission by filling up the registration form available from the school (from 2nd Jan 2012 to 16 Jan 2012 between 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) .
- Admission of pupils to Pre-School/Nursery is done as per rules.
- Admission of the pupils to all other classes is done by the admission committee at the school.

- Attested photocopy of Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate. Affidavits will not be accepted.
- Passport size photographs of :- (a) the applicant(pupil) (b) the father (c) the mother & (d) the person who will pick up the child from the School.

- School-leaving certificate from the last recognized school attended.
- Progress Report of the last examination passed.
- Date of birth & character certificate from the Principal of the recognized school last attended.
- Passport size photographs of :- (a) the applicant (pupil) (b) the father (c) the mother (d) the person to pick up the child from the School.

| Withdrawal |

| A pupil can seek withdrawal from school during the academic year. However , notice of one clear month in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of notice must be given before the pupil can be withdrawn. Those who leave the School in the month of May shall in all cases pay the fees for May & June. Transfer Certificate is issued only when all dues of the School are settled. |
| Students can be asked to leave the School on the following grounds: |
- Pupil is charged with exhibiting undesirable behaviour or creating nuisance inside the school.
- Pupil exhibits consistent unsatisfactory progress in studies.
- Repeated detension in the same class. If the pupil fails twice in the same class or as a result he/she is over-aged for that class.
- Pupil remains absent without leave for more than two weeks consecutively.
- School fee for the quarter is not paid by the end of the following month.

| Rules for payment |
- Fee is payable for 12 months irrespective of the date of admission.
- Payment should be made between the 1st & the 10th of the first month of each quarter by cheque/cash. If the 10th of the month happens to be a holiday, then the payment is to be made by the 9th of the month.
